For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to contact and notify us first at hello@beefless.co or whatsapp by quoting the order number and product details.
Returns are accepted if items are returned within 14 days from the purchase date. If your return meets all the requirements, We will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process.
Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, and we will not be liable during transit until the item reaches our office. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in saleable condition with original tag labels still attached can be returned. We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or exchange of any transactions although the condition above is met. Any items returned that are damaged, marked, altered and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer.
